If you have made payment but its not reflecting in your wallet kindly go back to the fund wallet page, scroll down to the history second and click view details to view transaction id copy it.
Go back to fund wallet page and choose the payment method you use, look below the page you will find a check transaction form, fill the form with the transaction id an click on Confirm Payment button to update your wallet
