If you data purchase wasnt successful but your wallet was deducted, do not panic, to get your refund kindly click on the Click here to refund link that shows on the failed purchase notification as seen below
On clicking on the link you will be taken to the refund page page as seen below, kindly click on refund now to get your refund.
if when you were performing the transaction you didnt see the notification or you had already closed it kindly go back to the buy data page and scroll down to the data history youll find the failed transaction there with a red refund button as seen below. Kindly click on the refund button
You will then be taken to the refund page where you can just click refund now to get your refund. the refunded amount will be deposited back into your wallet.
